The horror multiverse just got a whole lot deadlier. The official trailer for Chucky vs. Annabelle (2025) has dropped — and it’s exactly the chaotic, possessed doll showdown we never knew we needed. Combining the twisted wit of the Child’s Play franchise with the slow-burn terror of The Conjuring universe, this crossover promises blood, screams, and a whole new level of creepy toy carnage.

The trailer opens with a voiceover from a Vatican investigator (played by Pedro Pascal), uncovering a sealed archive labeled “The Warren Files: Class X.” As the lights flicker and ancient prayers echo, he’s told: “Two entities were never meant to meet.” Cue the reveal: Chucky (voiced once again by Brad Dourif), grinning with a knife in hand, shipped to a cursed farmhouse where Annabelle has lain dormant… until now.

What follows is pure horror mayhem. Chairs fly, candles burst, and shadows crawl as Chucky gleefully mocks the silence of his new nemesis — only to realize Annabelle doesn’t need to speak to kill. The trailer teases dream-like possession scenes, a haunted mirror that shows your death before it happens, and even a quick shot of both dolls perched side by side on a child’s bed as their new “owner” screams.

Visually, the film seems to merge the grim gothic style of The Conjuring with Chucky’s more neon-slasher chaos. One standout sequence shows the farmhouse splitting between dimensions — half lit by holy fire, the other by hellish red mist. And yes… they fight. Knife vs. cursed power. Wood splinters. Blood flies. Porcelain cracks.

The final shot? Chucky whispering: “Let’s play, b**h.”* as Annabelle’s eyes slowly turn red.
